Continuing to experiment....this Chardonnay barrel aged, high gravity golden kettle sour, aged on apricot & white peach for nine months. This beer blurs the line between Wine and Beer. Employing wine making techniques and enzymes in the fermentation process this beer created notes of apricot , peach, pear and hints of green apple with a dry, well rounded finish. A curious Beer for the curious Wine drinker.

Four Times The Fun! After 2 years hibernating in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels the nose of this Belgian Quadruple is complex with aromas of vanilla, raisin, pepper and plum. Rich malt, subtle spice and low bitterness balance the high alcohol into a smooth, medium bodied delight.

Continuing to experiment....this Red Zinfandel barrel aged, high gravity golden kettle sour, was aged on black & blueberries for nine months. This beer blurs the line between Wine and Beer. Employing wine making techniques and enzymes in the fermentation process this beer created a nose of raspberry & black cherry. Tasting jammy notes of blackberry & blueberries, with a medium dry, well rounded finish. A curious Beer for the curious Wine drinker.
